Quick start: set up your account, branding and defaults

Review planning defaults

Open Financial Insights Settings. Review each available section and save only the defaults your firm has approved.

Saved Advisor Settings combine with current client information to provide starting values when you create a new scenario. Changing Advisor Settings later does not change existing scenarios, and copying a scenario keeps the values and toggles from the source scenario.

On an existing scenario, Sync with Advisor Settings under Rate of Return or Portfolios updates the supported return and portfolio fields. It does not update the whole scenario.

Review report settings

Open Report Wizard Settings. Review Report Appearance and Page Templates using the controls displayed.

Page Templates under Report Wizard Settings

Report Wizard uses saved fonts, print orientation, cover details, and templates when you open it. Reopen Report Wizard after changing these settings. Reports already generated are not updated.

If a setting does not appear as expected, contact Planworth Support with the settings area, scenario, and screenshot.
