A Snapshot provides a saved comparison point for a Financial Insights scenario.
Create a Snapshot
Open Financial Insights and confirm Current Scenario.
Open Snapshots.
Under CREATE A SNAPSHOT, enter Name.
Review the current scenario shown.
Use Attest only when it applies to your process.
Select Save Snapshot.
Compare it
Select the saved Snapshot from the list.
Confirm the comparison is between Current Scenario and the selected Snapshot.
Review the available Charts and Goals comparison sections.
Record the scenario, Snapshot date or name, section, and visible difference before drawing a conclusion.
A Snapshot can also be selected under Snapshot to Compare in Report Wizard. It is optional for report generation.
