Open Help
Select HELP in the top bar. If it is not available on the current screen, open the Messenger launcher.
Choose what you need:
Search for help to find a Help Centre article.
Send us a message to contact Planworth Support.
Messages to return to an existing conversation.
Close the panel when you are ready to continue working.
For a product issue, confirm the client, scenario, visible inputs, and steps needed to reproduce the behaviour before sending a message.
