How to explain Wealth Insights results to a client

Use Wealth Insights as a structured client conversation without presenting roadmap items as advice.

Present Wealth Insights as a roadmap of tax and estate topics for advisor review. A roadmap item is not a client instruction or a substitute for professional judgment.

Prepare the conversation

  1. Confirm the relevant information in Family Info and the Evaluation is current and saved.

  2. Open the client, then select Wealth Insights → Roadmap View.

  3. Choose only the items you are prepared to discuss.

Explain what the client is seeing

  • Describe the roadmap as a way to organize planning topics.

  • Use the visible status label, such as Priority, Short-Term, Long-Term, Completed, or Unnecessary, to explain where the item sits in your workflow.

  • Open the item and use only the labels and content shown. Do not present a displayed rating, example, or statement as a client-specific conclusion.

  • If a source fact appears wrong, use Go to Evaluation when shown, correct and save the source information, then return to Wealth Insights.
