Update your profile
Open the account menu from your name or profile picture.
Select Advisor Settings.
Open Advisor Profile.
Update the Display name, firm, address, city, province, postal code, phone number, or language.
Select Save.
Confirm the saved value on the same page.
First and last name can be changed during initial setup or while they are still empty. If either name is locked and incorrect, contact Planworth Support from the current account. Do not create a second profile to work around it.
Your profile photo is displayed on this page but is not edited here. Saved display name and contact details can appear in the account menu and on report covers and footers. Changing language changes the language used by the application.
