Review the client's submitted information before relying on it for planning. A Completed Client Discovery status means the client finished the intake; it does not mean the information or resulting plan has been reviewed or approved.
Review the submission
From Client Discovery, find the client with a Completed status.
Open the client workspace.
Open the Evaluation and review each section the client completed.
Check for missing or incomplete accounts, debts, insurance, notes, and other relevant information.
Correct or complete the Evaluation fields as needed, saving each form that requires SAVE.
Use Statements to review available current information and Wealth Insights for planning opportunities where those areas are available.
Review the Evaluation and saved scenario assumptions before relying on Financial Insights projections.
If more work is needed, continue through the applicable Evaluation sections.
What completion means
Completed confirms that the client finished the available Discovery steps.
The client may still have skipped optional information or entered incomplete details.
Submitted information remains subject to advisor review.
Portal services and scenario access are separate decisions.
If information appears to be missing
Confirm that the invitation shows Completed, then review the client's Preliminary selections. A missing selection can keep the corresponding Evaluation section hidden.
If the submitted information still does not appear after you verify the client and status, contact Planworth Support.
