How to enter Savings, Income, Real Estate & Debt in the Evaluation

Enter the client's common accounts, income, property, and related debt in the Evaluation.

Add the client's common financial information to the Evaluation so it is available for review and scenario work.

Before you begin

Open the client's Evaluation and choose the applicable Core or Pro Evaluation. If it is new, complete the visible Preliminary sections first.

Show the applicable sections

  1. Open Preliminary.

  2. Select the account types the household holds, such as Bank Accounts, Non-Registered, TFSA, or the applicable registered accounts.

  3. Under Personal Real Estate, select the applicable property type.

  4. Under Debt, select Mortgage Debt or HELOC Debt where applicable.

  5. Complete the career information that applies to each person.

Review the Preliminary selections shown, then check which sections and subsections are available. Use a save control when one is shown.
