Complete a client Evaluation

Enter the client's financial facts in the Evaluation so you can build a Financial Insights scenario.

Enter the client's financial facts in an Evaluation so you can create a scenario in Financial Insights. You do not need to reach 100% before moving on.

Before you begin

  • The client must already exist.

  • On Evaluations, choose the Core or Pro option shown for the workspace.

Steps

  • From the Client Dashboard, open Evaluations and choose Core or Pro. You land on Preliminary.

  • Review the Preliminary checklist and the sections shown, such as Savings, Income, and Real Estate.

  • Complete the sections shown and enter the accounts, income, property, and other facts needed for the plan. Each section tracks its own completion.

  • Use a visible Save control when one is shown.

  • Review the completed sections and the Overall Net Worth shown in the Evaluation.

What happens next

You can create a scenario even if some Evaluation sections are incomplete. After opening Financial Insights, verify the information visible in the selected scenario rather than assuming automatic propagation from the Evaluation.

Common issues

  • A section you expect is missing. Review Preliminary and complete the sections shown. Corporate Chart may be unavailable on Core.

  • The completion percentage does not change. Reopen the section and check the visible values and save control. The percentage alone does not establish whether the plan is ready.

  • An existing scenario didn't change after an Evaluation edit. A scenario keeps its saved assumptions.
