Toggles are saved on a Financial Insights scenario.
Add a toggle
Open the client's Financial Insights and confirm Current Scenario.
Open Planning Inputs.
Select Add Toggle / Strategy, then New Toggle.
Choose the category and toggle type shown in Planworth.
Complete the visible fields.
Select Save or Save Toggle.
Choose a category and review the result
Planworth groups available toggles under Savings/Investments, Income/Expenses, Sale/Purchase of Assets, Tax/Misc., Corporate, Family Trust, and What If. Use the category and fields shown for the selected client and scenario. After saving, review the affected years in Details when a matching row is available.
Edit or change its state
Find the toggle under Strategies, Pinned Toggles / Strategies, or All Toggles. You can also use Search toggles….
Use the pencil control to open the form.
Make the change and save it.
Use the switch on the list card to turn the saved toggle on or off. Blue indicates on.
Review the saved state in Summary → Toggle Review.
Recurring in a toggle form controls recurrence. It is different from the list-card switch that turns the saved toggle on or off.
A Strategy has its own on/off control. Turning a Strategy on or off turns its member toggles on or off together.
Auto-Generated toggles
An Auto-Generated badge identifies a toggle that originated from the Evaluation.
Confirm Current Scenario.
Open Planning Inputs.
Find the toggle and confirm that its card shows Auto-Generated.
Open it only when Planworth provides an edit control, and review the visible saved fields before changing anything.
Saving related account or pension information in the Evaluation can update or remove the matching Auto-Generated toggle. You can still edit the toggle on a scenario, but you cannot delete it while the linked Evaluation information exists. Correct the linked Evaluation information instead of trying to delete the toggle. If the underlying account has already been deleted, use the delete control when it is shown. Contact Planworth Support if the toggle still does not match the saved Evaluation information.
