Understanding cash-flow excess and deficiency

Identify an excess or deficiency in one scenario and collect the settings and Details rows needed for review.

Use the labels and rows shown in the selected Financial Insights scenario. An excess or deficiency is a displayed scenario result; this article does not define its calculation.

Review the result

  1. Confirm Current Scenario and the affected year.

  2. Record the excess or deficiency exactly as shown.

  3. Open Details and record the matching cash-flow rows.

  4. Record the saved spending and Excess / Deficiency settings.

  5. Record active toggles or other visible controls for the same year.

  6. Compare the same rows with another year or scenario only when needed.

Use the visible settings and Details rows to review the result. Contact Planworth Support before explaining formulas, thresholds, account order, registered minimums, tax effects, or control priority.
