Understanding Wealth Insights and the roadmap workflow

Open Wealth Insights, review roadmap items and statuses, trace source facts, and use Financial Insights separately when modelling is needed.

Wealth Insights helps organize a tax and estate review from the client's saved information. Availability can vary by plan, firm, role, and enabled features.

Wealth Insights supports advisor review. It does not decide what applies to the client or replace qualified professional judgment.

Open Wealth Insights

  1. Open the client.

  2. Select Wealth Insights.

  3. Use Roadmap View or the available overview to review the items shown.

Review the roadmap

  1. Scan the visible workflow columns: Priority, Short-Term, Long-Term, Completed, and Unnecessary.

  2. Open an item to read its displayed content and labels.

  3. Use Change Status when shown to place the item in the workflow status you have chosen.

  4. Check each item's visible status and use the available status controls to track your review.

  5. Use Print Plan when you need a printable view.

Treat the selected status as the visible workflow label chosen for the item. Do not assume that changing it affects any other Planworth area.

Check the source information behind an item

When an item appears to rely on incorrect client facts:

  1. Open the item in Roadmap View.

  2. Read the item using the labels and content shown. Do not infer which undisclosed rule produced it.

  3. Use Go to Evaluation when shown.

  4. Find the relevant client information in Family Info or the Evaluation.

  5. Correct any missing or outdated fact and save the applicable entry.

  6. Return to Wealth Insights and review the item and its visible status again.

Do not guess which field or rule created, removed, or changed the item.

After changing client information

Save the applicable entry in Family Info or the Evaluation, then return to Roadmap View and review the item's current content and status. Use Change Status only when it reflects your workflow decision.

Model separately when needed

Open Financial Insights when the planning question requires a scenario comparison. Review the applicable scenario controls and results there.

If Wealth Insights or an expected item is unavailable, contact Planworth Support with the client, workspace, page shown, and expected result.
