Understanding the Client Dashboard

Use the Client Dashboard to review one household and choose the next client-information or planning task.

The Client Dashboard is the home for one household. Use it to review the client's current setup and choose the next information or planning task.

Common dashboard areas

  • Basic Info: Identifies the primary client, partner, and available household details.

  • Evaluation: Shows Evaluation progress and provides a route back into data entry.

  • Family Tree: Provides a household overview.

  • Client To-Do: Holds optional follow-up tasks for the household.

  • Alerts or notifications: Highlight client information that may need review.

The Evaluation percentage is a progress indicator, not a requirement to reach 100% before opening Financial Insights.

Choose the next step

  • Update people in Family Info.

  • Enter or correct financial facts in the Evaluation.

  • Review household structure in Family Tree.

  • Track follow-up work in Client To-Do.

  • Build or review a scenario in Financial Insights.

Dashboard widgets route you to the relevant work. They do not replace the Evaluation or a Financial Insights scenario.

Common issues

  • An expected widget is missing. Confirm that you opened the intended client and that your workspace access includes the function.

  • Evaluation progress did not change. Reopen the section and confirm that the latest information was saved.

  • An alert needs interpretation. Review the relevant client information before deciding what applies.
